This month Dea Kudibal offers an extended Christmas return, which means that you can return your purchases up until January 8th. Dea Kudibal does not refund costs for shipment in case of return.
Dea Kudibal is not responsible for goods damaged in transit. Please note that you shall bear the cost of returning the product unless the product was mistakenly delivered to you or if the product was already damaged when it was delivered to you.

In the return package, simply fill out and enclose the return form that you received with the package.
We will do our best to refund the money within 1-2 working days after receipt. The money will be credited to the card used to make the purchase.
In case you receive an item you did not purchase, please contact costumer service at firstname.lastname@example.org, then we will make sure that you receive the right item without any freight cost.
COMPLAINTS & CLAIMS
All products are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act rules for 24 month warranty. The warranty means that you as a customer can complain about defects in the goods, that have occurred within 24 months after purchase. The warranty does not cover when errors or damages caused by misuse, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear.
