DELIVERY & RETURNS
Returns within the following EU countries; Sweden, Poland, Belgium, and Austria are free of charge and a prepaid label will be sent with the parcel. Return orders made from other EU countries or non-EU registered countries are to be paid by the customer.
We strive to uphold an easy and fast return process. Once a return order has been received and accepted, it subsequently takes approximately 14 working days before the refunded amount has been transferred back to the customer’s bank account.
