A tribute to the women who shaped us

This Mother’s Day, we celebrate the women who have shaped us and shown us what love truly means 💛 Across our team, we’ve shared personal photos — from moments with our own mothers to the joy of becoming mothers ourselves. Each image tells a story of care, strength, and love.

        Louise & her daughter

When she talks about her mother, it’s not about the big things. It’s about missing her when they’re apart.

Their relationship is filled with laughter and small moments that might seem ordinary from the outside, but mean everything to them. Like when her mother makes silly faces just to make her laugh.

It’s the kind of relationship built in everyday life — in the laughter, the closeness, and the little moments you end up remembering the most.

        Amalie & her mother

Amalie has made her mother see the world a little differently. Through her, fashion has become more than just clothes, and she has learned that it’s okay not to agree with everyone else. Where she once simply “went with the flow,” she has become more curious — about new perspectives, new places, and even new food.

Amalie’s open and adventurous outlook on life has been contagious, and her mother describes how she has become more interested in everything beyond their small, safe Denmark. At the same time, she has also learned the value of structure and organization — and Amalie has even introduced her to more board games than she ever imagined. In fact, she ended up winning “The Traitors.”

        Caroline & her mother

What Caroline’s mother has given her is not something you can easily put into words. It’s strength — but not the loud kind. It’s the quiet strength you learn from watching someone keep showing up, even on the hardest days.

Growing up with a mother who kept going, even when life was difficult, taught Caroline about courage, care, and resilience. The kind of strength that is not always spoken about, but deeply felt and carried with you.

        Sarah & her mother

For Sarah and her mother, their relationship is built on closeness, comfort, and always being there for each other. Sarah has always seen her mother as her greatest role model — someone who taught her to stay curious about life and to say yes to new experiences.

Even though Sarah no longer lives at home, they are still a big part of each other’s everyday lives. They share both the small moments, travel together, and continue creating new memories side by side. For them, that is exactly what makes their relationship so special.

        Victoria & her mother

Victoria’s mother hopes to pass on the feeling that life is beautiful, and that there is nothing her daughter cannot overcome. She hopes Victoria will meet the world with optimism, confidence, and a good sense of humor — and always know how deeply she is loved.

        Maiken & her daughter

For Maiken, becoming Silja’s mother taught her the meaning of unconditional love. She describes her daughter as calm and grounded — someone who brings peace, joy, and endless smiles into her everyday life.

        Mia & her daughter

What Mia only understood later in life was the meaning of unconditional love. And perhaps even more importantly — the value of listening without always needing to give advice or solutions.

That kind of presence and understanding is exactly what she connects with her mother, and what taught her what true care really means.

        Jane & her mother

When Jane feels most like her mother, it’s not in the big gestures, but in the quieter parts of herself. In the calmness and gentleness they share, and in the way they move through the world.

It is in that quiet closeness that she feels most connected to her — and where she sees the greatest similarities between them.

        Cecilie & her son

Cecilie wishes more people understood how much mothers constantly think about others. The invisible work of always anticipating everyone’s needs, keeping everyday life together, and staying one step ahead — often without anyone even noticing it.
