Fast delivery is important for us, which is why we try to ship all parcels within 2-5 working days. You are always welcome to contact us for accurate information about your order. If a problem should occur with your order, we will contact you directly by e-mail.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark.
If you order from a country outside the EU please note that local import charges (customs duty, sales tax) may occur. The customer is responsible for the payment of import duty, taxes or other import fees. The countrys customs may delay your parcel until the payment has been made.
For our U.S customers please note that you will be charged import duties and taxes when the parcel reaches the U.S. These charges determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. US Customs may delay your parcel until the payment has been made. Import duty rates in the United States can vary depending on the product category, declared value, and current trade policies. Due to ongoing political and administrative changes, these rates can change without notice and are difficult to predict in advance — even by customs brokers. We recommend checking with U.S. Customs or a licensed customs broker before placing your order if you wish to estimate potential charges. If you have any questions related to customs charges, please contact your local customs office.
Returns
Upon delivery of your order you have 14 days to register a return. Please register your return here.
Returns within the following EU countries; Sweden, Belgium, Austria and Ireland are free of charge and a prepaid label will be sent with the parcel.
Return orders made from other EU countries or non-EU registered countries are to be paid by the customer.
When returning from a non-EU registered country please be aware that we do not cover the return expenses, duty or VAT and this will not be refunded. You must send with all costs covered and arrange return shipment from your location to our warehouse. If this does not happen, we cannot accept the return parcel and it will be returned.

Remember to get a proof of postage together with a tracking number. Dea Kudibal can not be held liable for packages sent without proof of postage and tracking.
Goods must be returned unused and must be returned with the original price tag.
Once a return order has been received by our warehouse please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.
