Frequently asked questions
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed you will receive your order within 1-3 business days. Delivery times can vary based on your shipping destination. You will receive a link where you can track your delivery.
Once an order is placed, we unfortunately do not have the opportunity to make any changes. If you would like to cancel an item or change it to another size, simply return the item and order again.
We currently accept all major credit cards and MobilePay.
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com. Depending on when the order is placed, we may or may not be able to change or cancel orders.
If you were shipped damaged merchandise, please reach out to customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please attach a photograph of the damage in your email in order to expedite the return.
